Sugar Pearl Designs is based out of the Sugar Sand Beaches of the Emerald Coast. The pearls are freshwater & hand drilled to fit every piece perfectly. Each piece of jewelry is hand crafted by a mother and daughter team. Leather and pearls jewelry originated in France, and was introduced to the Gulf Coast a few years ago. After shopping and seeing the prices, this mother daughter team began to create their own jewels and are able to provide quality leather and pearl jewelry at reasonable prices.
While I was vacationing in Seaside, Florida last spring I noticed pearl and leather jewelry everywhere. The prices were a little steep for me in some shops so I decided to ask a young gal working at one of the boutiques where she got her necklace. As luck would have it she created the necklace and gave me her card. I checked out Sugar Pearl Designs website and immediately ordered a necklace and bracelet. You can read about it in my past post here. Diamonds may be a girls best friend, but I think pearls run a close second. I’ve fallen in love with pearl and leather jewelry.

oooooh, My friend Finley, who vacations at Seaside regularly (as they are within driving distance) has a few pieces of the Sugar Pearl Designs. She says they become even prettier the more you wear them. She LOVES her necklaces, and layers them as well as wearing them alone, casual, and dressy.
