Banana Walnut & Date smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups ice
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ medium banana, peeled
  • 3 tbps walnut pieces
  • 2 dried dates, coarsely chopped
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
