Autumn Pork Tenderloin

- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- ½ cup apple juice
- 1 can apple pie filling
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- Rub salt and pepper over pork.
- Poke fork through pork a few times and put in a resealable plastic bag with the apple juice.
- Refrigerate pork for at least 30 minutes.
- Discard juice.
- Place pork in a greased baking dish.
- Combine pie filling, raisins, pecans and cinnamon.
- Spoon over pork.
- Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
