Olathe Glass & Home Decor

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Olathe Glass & Home Decor. The store is one of those hidden treasures located right past Mom’s Kitchen at 510 East Santa Fe in Olathe.  I came across the store years ago when I needed to buy a piece of glass for my desk.  They are so much more than a glass store.  Olathe Glass & Home Decor has a spacious home decor section throughout most of the store.  Their website can be found here.    The business is family owned and the staff is friendly and helpful.  I’m not a big artificial flower type of gal, but their floral items are beautiful and unique.  They will even give you suggestions on how to revamp an old wreath.  I love to shop here every season because the merchandise changes and their prices are very reasonable.  Enter below to win a $25 gift certificate to Olathe Glass & Home Decor.  There are three different ways you can enter.   You can also choose more than one to increase your chances of winning.  Only Kansas City area residents are eligible for this offer.

1) Like Olathe Glass & Home Decor’s facebook page.  They sometimes offer giveaways and post new information on their page.  Please click on their link here and then mark on the entry form that you liked them.

2) Click and share this post on facebook.

3) Leave a comment on what your favorite holiday decor item is.

Please fill out the entry form below.  This giveaway will end on Sunday, December 9.   If you have a question on how to do any of these things click here.

I need to make my way to Olathe Glass. It looks like a fun shop! I’m still building my Christmas decor but I’m in love with the new medium size silver tree with all silver ornaments. It’s just pretty.

My favorite holiday decoration is our Christmas tree. It is a little lopsided and is a hodge-podge of old ornaments (many from vacations and made by the kids). Mark & the kids help me decorate it each year.

My favorite items are my nativity sets. I try to add one new set each year whether it’s an actual set or just an ornament with the Holy Family on it.

I love collecting vintage Santas from the 1950’s and 60’s, and I love Olathe Glass because Dawn introduced me to it several years ago and they always have cool and unique items that I can not live without!

Have visited Olathe glass a few times to pick up custom glass for desk tops and love their decor items…my favorite holiday decor is probably greenery and the many ways to decorate it.

I love bringing the outdoors in! This year it has been the plumes off my fountain grass, put into bundles, and randomly sticking out of the Christmas tree. In the past I have brought in pinecones and hedgeapples.

I went to Olathe glass for a shower door a few years ago and was surprised they had so many other things. I need to go back! My favorite holiday décor is all of the ornaments my kids have made.

I love Nativity sets and a life-size wooden manger that a sweet friend made for me, placed in my landscaping with a star hanging above. They remind me of the real meaning of Christmas.
