Must Love Dogs

Since it’s Valentine’s Day I thought I’d write about the love of a dog.  I love my family first and foremost, but there is nothing like the love of a dog.  After all, it is God spelled backwards.  My dog Fritz gives me unconditional love.  Even though he begs no less than ten times a day for a treat,  it isn’t a requirement for his affection.  He also doesn’t talk back, listens attentively when I speak and is always genuinely happy to see me.   I wish I could say that about my children.
