Tippins Copycat Corn Bread Recipe
- 1 (9 oz.) box of Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1 (9 oz.) box of Jiffy yellow cake mix
- ⅓ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup oil (canola or vegetable)
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Pour into an 8 X 8 greased pan.
- Bake 5 minutes at 400 degrees then 20-35 minutes on 350 degrees.
- Oven times may vary. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out clean it's done.
