Homemade Granola

Ingredients
  • 1 large beaten egg white
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1½ cups chopped nuts, (pistachios, pecans or walnuts)
  • 1½ cups coconut shavings
  • ½ cup agave syrup,
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl; toss to combine ingredients.
  3. Bake granola, stirring every 10 mins, until golden brown and dry 40-45 minutes.
  4. Let cool on baking sheet. It will crisp as it cools.
  5. Mix in 1 cup dried cherries or cranberries.
