Healthy Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  • 4-8 oz chopped chicken breast
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup red seedless grapes, halved
  • ¼ to ½ mashed avocado
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Chop ingredients and mix together with mashed avocado.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Yields 1 serving.
