Healthy Avocado Chicken Salad

- 4-8 oz chopped chicken breast
- ¼ cup chopped almonds
- ¼ cup red seedless grapes, halved
- ¼ to ½ mashed avocado
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chop ingredients and mix together with mashed avocado.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Yields 1 serving.
