Red Beet Eggs

Ingredients
  • 6 hard cooked eggs, shelled
  • 1 or 2 cans of beets
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ bay leaf
  • ¼ tsp ground all spice
  • 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Put eggs in a quart jar.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over eggs.
  3. Cover, cool and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
